| Activity/Event Summary: | Vijaya Dashami is celebrated with great devotional fervor throughout the country. Many Sai centres in the country celebrated Nava Ratri by conducting daily Omkaram, Suprabhatam, and Nagar Sankirtan. Millions of animals – goats, sheeps, etc. – are slaughterd as sacrifice to Goddess Durga during the two days of Maha Asthami and Maha Navami. Realising this cruel treatment meted out to the innocent animals, with a view to educate devotees against such practice, and on the need of vegetarian and satwik food the SSSIO Nepal organized Devotees Conclave during Nav Raatri at various places in the country. A total of 2000 devotees and 100 non devotees attended such talk programs at 60 Sai centres. |

| Activity/Event Summary: | The Avatar Declaration Day was celebrated by Sai centres thoughout the country. Typically the day started with Omkaram, Suprabhatam, Nagarsankirtan, and Laksha-archana followed with bhajan in the morning session. In the evening special bhajan sessions were organized in Sai centres. The SSSIO distributed sportswear embossed with sarvadharma logo to 100 children of Sathya Sai Balashram (Orphanage) Bharatpur, Sathya Uddhyan (a home for street children) lalitpur and an Orphanage at Kathmandu.This apart school shoes were distributed to 18 children of Kunjipokal School at Kathmandu. | ||
